Are your products the same as those of well-known brands?

We just use the same materials, colors, sizes and production processes. We have our own factory to produce and manufacture these lamps.

Why are your prices so cheap?

We closed all offline stores in 2020 and focused on online sales. All costs have been reduced. Our products are all from our own factories.

Therefore, we provide customers with the highest standard of product quality while keeping prices reasonable.

After receiving the lamp, if you don’t like it, can you return it?

We support you to refund after receiving the product, but you need to send the product to our designated delivery address at your own expense, and we will start the refund after receiving the product.

After confirming that there is no problem, we will start the refund. The refund will deduct the shipping cost and return the product principal.

In order to ensure your interests and reduce losses, we have formulated the following refund plan.

We will take photos and videos before shipping, and will ship it to you only after you are sure you like it, but you need to make a note when placing an order or contact customer service to explain the situation.
