Return Policy

At Widluth, we hope you fall in love with every piece you bring home. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 80 days of receiving your item.


📌 General Return Conditions
  • Return requests must be made within 80 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • All parts, hardware, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Unless the item is defective or damaged, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


🔧 Return Scenarios & Process
1. 🎯 Exchange (Changed Mind / Wrong Size)
  • Submit your return request within 80 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for both shipping and return costs.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected:

    • A replacement item will be shipped (if applicable), or

    • A refund will be issued, minus shipping fees


2. ⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@widluthlight.com

  • Please include:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  • After verification, we will offer:

    • A full refund, or

    • A free replacement

⚠️ Note: Damage caused during installation or improper use is not covered under warranty.


3. 📦 Lost Orders
  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

    • Contact us within 30 days after the expected delivery date

  • We will confirm the loss with the carrier

  • Once confirmed, we will provide:

    • A free replacement, or

    • A full refund


4. ❌ Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled for free within 24 hours of purchase

  • If the order has already shipped:

    • It cannot be canceled

    • You may still return it after delivery following our standard return process


📥 How to Request a Return
  1. Email us at support@widluthlight.com

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the product

  3. Once approved, we will:

    • Email you a prepaid return label, and

    • Arrange a pickup via UPS or FedEx

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will:

    • Process your exchange or

    • Issue a refund
