Order Processing Time: 3-5 business days
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation containing the tracking number and carrier information.

Note: Custom or specially ordered lighting fixtures may require additional production time. Should any adjustments be necessary, we will promptly notify you with updated timelines.

Shipping Time:

Standard Shipping (for fixtures under 48 inches)
Carrier: UPS/DHL/FedEx
Delivery Time: 3-6 business days

Ocean Shipping (for fixtures over 48 inches)
Carrier: Ship + Truck
Delivery Time: 25-35 business days

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Return and Exchange Service

All orders are eligible for returns within 80 days of receiving the product.
Any product quality issues, including shipping damage, qualify for free returns or exchanges.
